I went to the Boardman Ohio office and waited for over an hour in the waiting room. When I finally went in the back to see the dentist I got an x-ray, he numbed my mouth and then I was sent into the accountant office to discuss the insurance copay.l don't have or want credit cards, it was more than $300 to replaced a filling which had fallen out a few days earlier, my portion was $132 they refused to bill me. Luckily I had the money, I feel that payment should have been discussed prior to being numbed.
