Did unnecessary work on my daughter, she went in for a cleaning told her she needed a deep tissue cleaning on her gums. She was scared and said well I guess but how much?

The checked the insurance and gave her an amount she texted me while in the chair and I said are you sure you need that, the Dr. said yes mind you never has never had any problems and only 20 years old, she paid the amount they told her billed our insurance now billing us for more. We call to discuss the bill an they are right your are wrong period! Or they just argue and try to bully you.

The manager said she would look into the matter and call us which she hasn't. How can you do this to people that have been a long time client???

If you don't pay they will just send to collections. BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $165.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
